About Us

Mortgage Masters, Inc. and Spiers Real Estate, Inc. have an Affiliated Business Arrangement between the two companies, and both were founded by Kristin Spiers-Maxwell, a native of Colorado Springs. 

Since 1981 Kristin has worked in both professions, as a Residential Real Estate Broker and as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Sales Manager.  In 1994 she founded her own business, becoming the first in the State of Colorado to offer truly integrated Mortgage Loan and Real Estate Services, which she believes is the way of the future.
